Jungholz [1100 meters] is surrounded by the Bavarian Oberallgäu and the Ostallgäu. Only on a tiny part of the Sorgschrofen mountain the village is connected to Austria. Globaly it lies between Nesselwang and the skiresort Oberjoch, the junction to the motorway A7 is only 10 minutes away.
The Kings Castles near Füssen, the well-known village of Oberstdorf, the ancient city of Kempten and the Allgäuer mountains and lakes and the Austrian Tannheimer Tal are all within easy reach.
